माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस 365 फ्री मे इंस्टॉल करने के लिए हमे दो सॉफ्टवेर टूल डाउनलोड करना होगा।

To install Microsoft Office 365 for free, we have to download two software tools.

  

1.Office customization tool  वेबसाईट से Configuration tool

1.Configuration tool from Office customization tool website

 2.Office deployment tool

 2.Office deployment tool

माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस को इंस्टॉल करने मे कम से कम 2 gb से 4 gb तक इंटरनेट लग सकता है। सभी टूल के डायरेक्ट डाउनलोड लिंक नीचे बीच मे मिलेंगे। 

Installing Microsoft Office can take at least 2 GB to 4 GB of internet. Direct download links of all tools can be found in the middle below. 

1.Configuration tool इस टूल को डाउनलोड करने के लिए हमे कोई भी ब्राउजर खोलना है और उसमे हमे सर्च करना है Office customization tool फिर हमारे सामने जो पहला वेबसाईट आएगा उसे खोलना है और वेबसाईट कुछ इस प्रकार दिखेगा 

1.Configuration tool To download this tool, we have to open any browser and search for Office customization tool in it, then we have to open the first website that comes in front of us and the website will look something like this

अब इसमे हमे Bit सेलेक्ट करना है अपने लैपटॉप या Pc के हिसाब से। (अगर आपको नहीं पता कैसे देखते है तो आप अपने कीबोर्ड से ये की (key) क्लिक करे windows key+Pause/Break key अब एक सेटिंग खुलेगी उसमे आपके लैपटॉप या PC का Bit लिखा होगा ध्यान से देख लेना) और अब सेलेक्ट कर लेना। 

Now in this we have to select the bit as per your laptop or PC. (If you don't know how to check it then click this key on your keyboard, Windows key+Pause/Break key. Now a setting will open in which the bit of your laptop or PC will be written, check it carefully) and now select it.

और अब इसमे जो स्टेप नहीं दिखाया या बताया गया उसमे सिर्फ Next करना है। 

And now in the step which is not shown or told, you just have to click Next.

2. अब Product मे हमे Office suites पर क्लिक करना और सेलेक्ट करना है Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 - Volume License

2. Now in Product we have to click on Office suites and select Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 - Volume License

 3. अब इसमे हमे जो softwere(Apps) चाहिए उसे ON करना है और जो नहीं चाहिए उसे Off करना है और Next करना है। 

3. Now in this we have to turn on the software (apps) which we need and turn off the ones which we don't need and click Next.

 4.Language मे select primary language पे क्लिक करेंगे और सेलेक्ट करेंगे English (United States) और Next करेंगे 

4. Click on select primary language in Language and select English (United States) and click Next

 5.Upgrade Option मे  Uninstall Any MSI Versions of Office , Including Visio and Project को  OFF करना है।

5.In Upgrade Option, Uninstall Any MSI Versions of Office, Including Visio and Project has to be turned off.

 6. अब आपको Next करते हुए नीचे आना है Finish पे क्लिक करना है और फिर Export पे क्लिक करे। 

6. Now you have to click on Next, come down and click on Finish and then click on Export.

 

7.Export पे क्लिक करने के बाद ये option आएगा इसमे ये (Office Open xml Formet) सेलेक्ट करे और OK पे क्लिक करे और डाउनलोड होना स्टार्ट होगा।

7. After clicking on Export, this option will appear, select this (Office Open XML Format) and click on OK and downloading will start.

 8. अब Office Deployment tool डाउनलोड करना है जो की आसानी से मिल जाएगा आप डाउनलोड कर ले नहीं तों नीचे लिंक है डाउनलोड कर ले। 

8. Now you have to download Office Deployment tool which is easily available, you can download it, if not, download it through the link given below.

अब File Explorer खोले जिसमे windows install है उसमे एक Folder बनाइए जिसका नाम office 2024 ये रखे फिर जो दोनों टूल डाउनलोड किए है उन्हे इसमे Move (cut) कीजिए। 

Now open File Explorer in which Windows is installed and create a folder in it, name it Office 2024, then move (cut) both the tools that you have downloaded into it.

 9. अब Office Deployment tool पर mause से राइट (right) क्लिक करे और run as administrator पर क्लिक करे फिर accept license बॉक्स को चेक (mark) करे। 

9. Now right click on Office Deployment tool with the mouse and click on run as administrator and then check mark the accept license box.

 10. अब इस Option (box) मे आपने जो folder बनाया था (office 2024) उसे सेलेक्ट करे और Ok पे क्लिक करे। 

10. Now in this option (box) select the folder you created (office 2024) and click on OK.

11. अब File Explorer को हटा दे और क्लिक करे और टाइप करे CMD और बगल मे Run as administor पे क्लिक करे। 

11. Now remove File Explorer and click and type CMD and click on Run as administrator next to it.

 12. अब command डाले cd c:\office 2024 और अब Inter करे। और अब दूसरा command डाले setup /configure configuration.xml और inter करे अब माइक्रोसॉफ्ट का logo दिखेगा यानि माइक्रोसॉफ्ट इंस्टाल होना शुरू हो गया है इंस्टॉल होने मे कितना समय लगेगा ये आपके इंटरनेट स्पीड पे निर्भर करता है। 

12. Now enter the command cd c:\office 2024 and now enter. And now enter the second command setup /configure configuration.xml and enter. Now the Microsoft logo will appear, which means Microsoft has started installing. How much time it will take to install depends on your internet speed.
